Bio
I am a Systems Engineer with 23 years of experience across cyber-physical systems' hierarchy and mission-critical engineering for defense & space. I study the engineering practice with the objective of making our craft better, and I am an author of books on systems engineering, space, and tech management.
In 2021, I published a book titled NewSpace Systems Engineering (Springer), which tackles the challenges of creating complex products in the context of small enterprises. I have also independently published a free ebook in Spanish called La Ciencia Dura (The Hard Science) about the beauties of studying engineering and designing complex systems. In 2023, I published Space Technology: A Short Introduction also through Springer. My new book Engineering is Broken is out, and it's open access (free download).
